    Bizhub c224 Fax Issue

    I got the fax module installed and enabled in service mode. For some reason, not seeing fax settings in administrator options. When fax is sent, it goes out as an email. Tried to restart, disable and enable fax module in service mode, etc. Nothing works. What could be the issue? It is a used machine and previous owners were able to fax. I've seen old logs of faxes going out.

    edit: fax module is installed in slot #1. Slot #1 is enabled in service mode.

      Do you have the country code set to right country?

          I was able to fix it by setting the prefix/suffix settings to off.
