    KM bizhub C654e - Will only print in B/W

    Hi,

    We've picked up a client who's bought a used C654e on eBay, however it will only print in B/W. I've checked all the settings and can't find a way to enable colour. Any idea? Is there something in Service Mode. There is no sign of Papercut etc on the Device.

      What about copying in color?
      Also hit Utility tab and print consumables life list. Are the CMY drums over life?

          If you say print, then from the PC?Do not copy?
          Then check the driver so that it is not the BW driver.
          So C654e or 654e?

              Can you print the demo page?

              Are any of the color toners empty?

              There may be a way to turn off color in the admin or service mode?

              You could initialize the machine in service mode and reset all settings.

                  Initially yes, we had to initialise the device as there was something in the settings preventing the Print Demo page even from coming out in colour. All Drum life good etc.

                  Funny you should say that. Problem solved. The latest Konica Minolta Drivers 5.10 released in April 2020 for Mac OS. Actually have the B/W within the download (DMG File) not colour ones.
