The card stops in front of the lower electrode. Toner sensor clean. After removing the electrode the same situation. Maybe someone has ideas about what happened?

Change the threads of the lower crown.

I disassembled and cleaned the parts. nothing helped. I need to look for parts to replace them.

SC28-03

A separation leak is detected. After a separation error detection signal is detected while in the separation ON, up to 5 separa tion ON/OFF operations occur in succession.

The main body stops immedi ately to turn OFF the main relay (RL1).

The machine has been repaired. I replaced High voltage unit / 2 (HV2). (Part used from BZ 1050) Thanks to everyone for your help.
