One of your developing units is depleted. Numerous threads on here about this. Search for "developer screw marks"

Marking paper feed direction would help to diagnose problem...
Could be developer depleated but it usually starts from paper edge and progress futher to center over time.
You should test print full coverage pages with CMYK separated page by page and you will see what color is missing.
