Biz hub C3351 and C3850

Scanner Lock Error code ..on both copiers!Change scan belt and no change. The C3350 if you reboot error goes away for awhile...the C3351 stays with scan lock error! Rails are good and firmware. Help

replace the scanner or mfp. its a crap shoot on these
