    Business software thats not EAUTO

    Hey everyone,
    What type of software are people using out there? We had OMD and were strong armed into upgrading to EAuto, but its way overkill and actually pile of shit compared to OMD(for an office of 3 it is )
    The only thing I like from EAuto is the import meters function. What is everyone else using for contract management and meter readings? TIA
    Everyone has the right to be stupid. Some people just abuse this privelage more than others

      The office I work for uses EAutomate, but being a tech, I'm only familiar with the Remote Tech portion of it. Not familiar with any other software.
      A Ricoh Service Tech for 7 year. A Konica Minolta Service Tech for 7 years. Now, KM service manager for 4 years.
      My Ricoh knowledge is slowly dwindling away at this point. Many things have been lost to time...

              For KM equipment we try to stay with Vcare..Consult App is our choice when we need to get 3rd party device info (meters, toner levels, anything that is a SNMP report), or on KM devices not supported by Vcare
