BH-C-360, one copy action two copies coming out, anyone heard of this???

    BH-C-360, one copy action two copies coming out, anyone heard of this???

    Customer called me today that suddenly when she want to make only one copy of one original two identical copies are coming out of the machine.
    Prints from computer remains normal. I do not known if this happens with copying from the platen and/or ADF.
    Anyone ever heard of this or are they pulling my leg?
    Machine is in a very remote location in the Black Forest and I hate to go there for nothing.

      It is possible to set the default number of prints and copies in the Utility Menu. It was a common prank at the High Schools to set the default number to 99 on the HP printers. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          I have done that to myself before.
          If you change current setting for something else and by accident for the previous job the quantity is set to something other that 1.
          Customer calls back frantically why is it printing 6 copies of every thing.

          So if this is true the quantity on the screen should be set to 2.
