C364e problems with scanner and access to a web page

Hi guys, I have a c364e to which I have replaced the MFPB and the SSD.
I followed the textbook procedures as usual, but I have a very strange problem.
If the machine is turned off for a few days once turned on again, it can no longer send the scans to smb/ftp, without returning any errors, and I cannot even access the web panel.
The only way to get the machine working again is through system clear from the service menu.
Tests carried out:
1. mfpb tool reset.
2. firmware update.
3.ssd update.
4. addition of serial scanner in the technical menu.

Some idea?

You can try jut not turning it off?
Also don't try to scan until ike 5 minutes after its done booting up.
Does it have a static IP and DNS?
After all the stuff you replaced or reset have you made sure the HDD shows as installed?
What is the error code?
