    Bizhub 364e movie data

I have a Bizhub 364e (black and white) that has had the hard drive wiped and thus needs movie data installed.

Is it the same as a Bizhub C364e (which I have)?

I'm guessing that it isn't, so can anyone point me to where I can find this file?

if they are indeed BOTH BH364e like you stated of course it will work.

could you be confused about the model #'s?

The unit in question is a Bizhub 364e - black & white system.

The movie data file I have is for a Bizhub C364e - color system.

Interesting case if you put color bizhub movie data in its black and white analog will it works?
OP when I have enough time can upload needed.

          Different for color vs. b/w...
          For B/W 224e~364e animation
          224e_284e_364e_454e_554e anim - Google Drive

That's exactly what I needed - thanks ever so much!

I figured that the files would most likely be different.

Yeah, movie data files are huge - gotta love a good broadband connection.

thanks for the post and link. I know that the copier will work fine without this file, but this will help in case of a very lazy user: " c'mon man, the copier show you on his screen where the damn paper it is stuck... " . for me IS helpful because i've got a lot of these this days...

                Philosophical question:
The movie data should be essentially the same. Of course, I am very hesitant based on my computer repair days of bricking a phone/computer by using the incorrect FW/base level software, but wouldn't it just check the checksums (or whatever) and say NG if not appropriate?

It is very difficult to load the wrong firmware, the machine simply won't accept it, same will most manufacturers now.

All you have to worry about is not cutting power halfway through the update.
