    Bizhub 4750 stuck on logo

    Hi guys,
    This machine with one of my friend stuck on logo. Any idea?

      Firmware can cause this, bad hdd can also cause this. Or bad boards.

      Can you can get into service mode?

      Have you tried turning ON the power switch while pressing the power key and start up [Extra Service Mode] and then installing firmware?

      If you can get in----first install sub firmware and then main firmware in that order.

          Sometimes it is enough to keep the network cable disconnected
