Konica minolta C3080 fusing Lower roller line

Hi guys,

I have a problem with konica minolta C3070 when printed solid color .

The problem is fusing lower roller scratch line cause by fusing separation claws ,even new fusing unit itself also have already .If without claws thin paper will paper jam .

So to be clear, you remove the original lower claws and replace them with this separation sheet?
And, this solution jams more often on lightweight media and images with heavy fill to the voids?

yes(
customer was not satisfied with this option. It was not possible to check in practice.
But it's like a fuser sheet in C6000/7000

I've had some success with buffing out the lines on the lower heat roller with a bit of alcohol and then buffing it out with a dry soft cloth. I've also removed the three middle lower fuser roller claws for the moment so that I can test whether this will help with the lines on the lower roller going forward. I'm going to monitor for any potential jamming issues with the claws removed and will let everyone know if this helps long term with these lines.
