      Some how the font colour was greyed out!!

        Since swapping drums didn't help......Looks like an issue with the black developer to me. I would start by ordering some DV616K and see if that doesn't help resolve the cq issue.

          You can trick the machine by inverting the position developer units without closing the toner supply and running tests. This allows you to identify whether the developing unit is the problem.

          However, the images have white borders, which, in my view, would be in the image formation.
