[Jamming] Bizhub c280 printing away from paper

Bizhub c280 printing out of paper
I ve changed the door and fuser unit of bizhub c280 but the problem persist. It prints out of paper. A lot have been done to no avail. I discovered that if I use hand to support the paper inside the bypass tray, it may print on paper correctly. Has anyone encountered this b4?

Same problem out of the paper trays? As others have said, need a visual sample.
