I think this may be what you want. I went to the 5-day class on both those models, and this is the only document I have pertaining to that accessory. Check your email. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

No updates on the original OCR Dictionary files. The C220 OCR Dictionary & 423 OCR Dictionary file have slightly different names, so they may be different. Check your email for links.

Guys I know how to handle usually Google Drive, it worked before but not now. The Link "Next" brings me to a "Sign In" field. The same happens when I click in the received mail the link "xxxxx.exe"

EDIT: I just now dusted off my old, never used, laying in a dirty corner, Google Account but it also does not enable me to get the files. It tells me I have to wait for an Access Application.....
Got the files in the mean time from "Down Under" lots of thanks to all of you guys.

the OCR sucks imo. better to use software OCR.

I normally hook up omni page, setup a watched folder for omni to monitor and process

Thanks, tried to use Omnipage years ago but I was not able to set up a hot folder. Too complex. What version of Omnipage would you prefer?

rohan has a poimt..The older machines suffered when the OCR feature was in use, including network slowdowns..The 8 and newer seem to have resolved this. And for these machines you need the LK (hard copy license), memory upgrade, OCR file and firmware to support the LK system itself. Lot's of break points here..E
