Konica Minolta Bizhub C454 falsely saying low Cyan but it's full and very light print

Hello, This C454 had a third party cyan toner in it that had the low toner warning on the display. So the customer replaced it with another third party toner. Same thing: low toner. So they purchased a genuine toner and still the same thing. I went out and see nothing wrong and nothing on the display except to replace the cyan toner soon. No codes. Drums and developers have plenty of life according to the counts on the display. . Machine has only . When you remove the cyan toner there is toner in the reservoir.
Did the third party toners mess something up? Or is the toner motor bad? If so it went out just at the end of the toner life. Coincidence?

If hopper is bad try doing some gradations and see if the TCR level is/isn't maintained

This is a common issue, there is a small rubber seal in the toner hopper over time these become clogged & stop the hopper drive from adding toner.

Simply remove the inner front cover & pop off the small white cap, cheat the front door & see if the cyan screw is turning. (see pic)
