Have you replaced the separation pad assembly as well? If used for a lot of scanning it might have a paper cut or be worn away enough to inhibit proper feeding or originals? Also, there's a drive clutch CL101 which drives the separator roll assembly which may be rusted/gummed up. Jam says paper went by registration sensor but didn't make it to the read sensor. Obviously, you'll want to blow out the sensors too.
