    Print (konicaminolta.eu)
Look for the "Per page setting".

You don't specify what machine you're referring to. I had a school customer with a bizhub PRESS 1052 that put in a service call every month when the monthly financials were printed. She claimed she could not remember the instructions (every time, even when they're still posted on the wall).

Go to Machine > Tray Settings > select the desired paper tray > paper size Change Set (upper section) > select Tabs > OK > Change Set (middle section) > Image Shift > left shift (set to +100) > OK.

There's more about selecting the correct pages to pull the tabs. I'll have to look harder for that part. =^..^=

      Here's the whole document:

To print tabs on bizhub PRESS 1052:

      1) Re-order tabs in tray #4, so that tabs sequence from furthest back at the top of the stack to furthest front at the bottom of the stack.
      Machine tab > Tray Setting > Tray #4 > "Paper Size" Change Set > 8.5 x 11 Tabs > 4 Tabs > OK > Image Shift > Change Set > Both Sides Adj. > Image Shift Right/Left: +100 > OK.
      2) Insert Cover Paper in tray #5.
      Machine tab > Tray Setting > Tray #5 > "Weight" Change Set > Weight > 136-162 gsm > OK.
      3) Insert Plain Paper in tray #3.

      4) Application > Insert Sheet:
      Front Cover: Change Set > with cover/print > tray #5 > OK.
      Back Cover: Change Set > with cover/blank > tray #5 > OK.
Insert Sheet: Change Set > tray #4 > Insert Page Setting > 6,21,112,122 > Fix > OK x3 > display jumps to Set002 (it's OK, look back to Set001 and check that all your settings are still there).

If there are too many pages to staple you'll have to use your heavy duty stapler.
The machine dis-allows tab paper combined with punch. If you need it punched you'll need to drill them.
I tried to save the job in Mode Memory but the machine does not store some of the key features.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Not on production just a C754e.

I'm guessing I could just tell it it's custom size and specify the width including the tab?

Then play around with alignments of text in a word document
