    [Error Code] Konica C8000 C-2229

    hello
    Newbie check

    we have a Konica c8000 it was working fine in our showroom but when we installed it in the customer sight it started giving c-2229

    I tried checking the TDB fuses ICP/1 - ICP/2 - ICP/3 all was fine,

    any help will be appreciated

    I would start with inspecting and cleaning the IDC sensors and if that doesn't help then checking the shutter. Maybe the shutter solenoid is not engaging to open the shutter.

    Other possibilities -

    Not enough toner density being read by the patch sensor. Toner supply issue?
    Color registration issue?

      These machines don't travel well. Check all related wiring connections to be sure nothing jostled loose during transport to new location.

        Thank you very much for your suggestions, since the code is related to the toner control board, i started by swapping toner motors without success, upon checking the board i found that 24 V was supplied, i traced back the connections looking for any short or pinched wire/s, DC Power supply 2 has some faulty components.
        I will work on that and post an update soon.
