    DF-617, BH-C-360

This DF-617 (made only 10K, technically almost new) mounted on a BH-C-360 has a weird problem. One sided scans run perfectly OK but double sided scans stops every time on exactly the same spot in the return path before it should prepare for the return action (attachment).

The original, before its peeping out enough to come to the return action, comes out a little, leading edge reaching millimeter exact to the same position every time, but does not forward any further at all. Trailing edge is having waves as being pushed forward but the leading rest of the paper doesn't move.

Quick inspection of motors, sensors one-ways etc. all look OK. Before I get the unit in the workshop and give the customer a loaner would like to know if you guys had a similar experience. Especially this type of ADF was for me in the past extremely reliable and robust and except rollers I never had anything to do with it.

    Jam code? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
