Hi folks,
We have a C754e which is pending retirement. Service contract has expired. Before it goes I need to connect to it using PageScope Data Administrator to retrieve the account tracking code log.
However, the machine has a C-3102 error on the screen, and seemingly due to that I cannot connect to it using PageScope Data Administrator, that gives me the following errors in the log:

So - I'm wondering if there's a way to suppress the error code to allow log-in and remote access?
If not - if we remove the HDD can we plug it into a caddy and extract the job log from that? How is the HDD formatted and where would i find the data?
