This is a known problem. To fix, remove the UI and shake it well at least 10-15 times.
Run full color test pages and the TCR will go down.

I ran up 20 of these. The shake method worked for all but 2

        How did you solve?
For Konica Minolta, theoretically, this procedure should be done for each installation. But honestly, this is unthinkable if you have to do 20 installations in one day.
The problem should appear on approximately 3k pages. This is caused by a small channel of the developer unit compared to previous models and toner and developer blocks are created.
That is why shaking (horizontal!) Is recommended. If that doesn't work, try shaking again. If it still doesn't work, it's too late and the development unit needs to be replaced. A great tip is to remove the films only after the printer has been placed by the customer. The development unit is less likely to cause problems.

As others have said this is a known issue & is a simple fix, update the firmware then run the High-Speed agitation function.

Can High-Speed agitation decrease tcr to normal?or it just for low tcr increase to normal, because it's alraedy over 6.5

Yes it is designed to normalise the TNR ratio from either too high or too low.

I have one that sometimes gets internal error after warm up. and the warm up take quite some time.
                Can it be TCR error?
It did have crazy tcr values earlier that I got to 6.5-7% with shaking and intizial setting.
But it still not working correct.

                Really bad mfp's.
