Colour Density Issue Konica Minolta 1060L

    Hi All,

Looking for some help. We have a problem which we believe is a colour density problem - image attached.

There is a 1 - 2 inch band of low density along the nearside long edge which has my tech guys a little stumped. If affects all colours, although black does seem to more affected than the others.
We've tried new drums, new developer, new coronas, new transfer belt and rollers, swapped the fuser and transfer unit from our second 1060 without any success. We've done the colour density via ColorCare and various other density options on the press.

Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated. IMG_6391.jpg

Is there a repeating interval? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
