enable in user box setting in admin mode.We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

We do not have this machine in the US (to my knowledge)..but from past experience, when you pop a USB drive into the slot you should get a pop up asking what you wish to do with this drive. Default settings are to allow you to put a file from the USB into a user box. Print from USB and scan to USB are prohibited by default. If you are seeing nothing when you insert the drive there may be an issue with the drive itself..EComment

only print from USB "external memory" is on by default, save to box and save to USB are off by default and enabled in the user box setting in admin mode.We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
