C 6000 abnormal abprint/copy

Hi.
I am facing a new problem with my client's C 6000 machine. The print,copy and machine self generated print has a black background and missed black registration. Any advice and suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.

hi, unuseal problem with C6000 when making a copy or a print.
for every 1 photo copy the machine prints 2 (multiple copy is only 1)
for every 1 print command the machine print 2 (multiple prints is only 1)
even if output demo page the machine prints 2 demo pages!! do anyone ever faced this issue

isnt there something in admin mode maybe about default # of copies\prints?
i wish i was in front of the machine sometimes.
