We have a customer that orders their C3320s from a dealer, then they ask us to put a maint contract on it..We go out and the device has 2-300 copies on it, nothing is needed and we go ahead and add the contract..6 months later the customer is calling complaining that they have to add a new toner once a week (TC ratios are in the teens). After a few of these (and $$$ in IU's) we found out what is going on..The out of the box setup instructions were never done. They just plugged it in and started making copies. These all had f/w lower than G00-45. Updated f/w put in new IUs and ran the setup. TC dropped to 5-6% and all is well. Just sharing...E

Re: Weird C3320/C3350
This is now well known issue with these i A4 color Konicas.
Imho they all sucks - C3110, C3350, C3351, C3350i. Low volume maybe yes but they all have their quirks.A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.
Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused. -
Re: Weird C3320/C3350
We have a c3320i for our showroom and can only add a single paper desk to that model. The attached trays and stand look like the were used on another model and looks kinda wonky as one side is not flush with the engine.

Re: Weird C3320/C3350
Just had that today on a C3300i printer. The enduser was shipped a boxed printer from a third party. As far as I can tell, the only things they did were snip the tag off of the shipping brackets, and plug in the printer. There was very little transfer with the shipping brackets still on, and very little fusing with the shipping brackets still in. He showed me the tag. It's too bad he didn't read the tag ... or any of the installation instructions. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
