    C2070 C1070 C3070 FS532 - 11x17 skews into finisher...

am i missing an adjustment, 12x18 80# text stacks perfect. 11x17 looks almost like its skewed before exiting the finisher.

adjust the straight though adjustment... any wear items in the FS532?

    any insight...

my guys loved babysitting this last job and having to jog it (and keep in page order)

Could it be something like this?:

When offset sorting on FS-532 the paper stacks unevenly. The paper exit alignment plates miss the stack, and the grippers do not contact the top of the stack, because PS14 elevator tray upper limit sensor, and PS46 near empty sensor are out of adjustment. Adjust LED1 and PS14 elevator tray upper limit sensor. The sensor should reside towards the top of the slotted opening in the cover, at front and back. Observe that the top of the paper stack makes contact with the grippers, no space in between. Adjust PS46 flag so that it actuates at the same time as PS14 when the tray is empty.

When offset sorting on FS-532 the paper stacks unevenly. The paper exit alignment plates miss the stack, and the grippers do not contact the top of the stack because the elevator tray lowers only. Correct elevator tray behavior is down, up, down, up, then about 10 pages ejected, repeat. Anti-static brushes do not touch the top of the page to discharge the ejected paper. Replace anti-static brushes ([2] A4F3 7179 00, [1] A4F3 7180 00). Install the center brush ~2mm lower than the embossed marks.

When offset sorting on FS-532 the paper stacks unevenly. The rear paper exit alignment plate falls off, screws missing. Reinstall the rear paper exit alignment plate with (2) 3mm x 14mm screws.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I have Leveled the Main Tray, it was off a few teeth but...

Its not the LED1 - as it does down, up, down, up. When LED is blocked will bottom out.

I do think its "HOME-ING" at PS14 too high. I have the adjustment maxed out. Should I make the adjustment further by modifying the metal arm that flags PS14?

You could lengthen the slot with a rat-tail file. Sounds like a plan. =^..^=
