      The best advice is to look up the jam code.
      We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

          J code is needed, as well as whatever finisher is installed. Even with everything clean, ive had everything from faulty sensors to sensors being just enough out of position its triggered from the metal below it

              Enable DIPSW 11-7 to ON to show J-xxxx. It is easier to locate the error.


              Try other paper formats.
              Try heavier paper weights.
