    Bizhub C258 code C-2152

    Got call for this error C2152: Transfer belt fault at initial position return. Obviously it won't go away upon trouble reset.
    I'm going with another ITB unit and plan to clean inside machine and infamous PS39 sensor. Other than that what may be expected? 1st transfer pressure clutch (CL5) replacement looks like real PITA though.
    As always great Thanks for any tips and tricks from experienced.

      U might be lucky and not need to change clutch. Otherwise a 5 min job will turn into a hour

              Thanks guys I already dig forum and definitely saw your picture BC. As this is relatively low metered and new machine I don't expect it being dirty but who knows. I have had this once and it was piece of plastic broken from ITB itself. Anyway it's 2+ hours away so basically whole day call and I don't need something stupid which I can miss on my way.

                  Solved. ITB primary charge roller lever broken - fixed plus PS39 need cleaning.

                      I didn't thing you could over rotate that gear that drives the colour transfer rollers. Doesn't it just switch between engaged and disengaged. Wonder how it broke
