i have a big problem with this machine. i have changed drum, drum blade and developer new but copy is very bad, how can i fix the copy ? and when i take a copy 1. cassette its working much and gives code E-89-2.... and who can give this macine's simulation codes and setup ?

Manual says it's the SCB ( System Control Board ) but if I'm not mistaken E89 codes often are generated when the print controller doesn't boot properly, this can be because corrupt firmware in controller or bad main body HDD. I would try removing the print controller if you have one, and doing a HDD Format if you have one.
As far as your quality issue, if you performed L Detect when changing Dev and Drum Ch wire and Blade have been done all should be well, tell us more about the quality, too light? too dark? streaks?
