there is no cd012 error in the manual or on Konicas database, either way it is likely HDD failure not FW related.
try and unset the HDD and reboot.
please report what happens.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
The medication helps though...

Do you mean uninstall.
I uninstall it the error code is gone but I can't print from USB
Right, so re-enable the hdd and do a logical format on it.
When you reboot it will ask for movie data but ignore that for a bit and make sure the code doesn't come up again.
Install the movie data and you are all set.
If still errors then replace the hdd and sata and power cables. They are cooked.

dude, the purpose of a forum is so we ALL learn from others experiences and solutions, keeping your response private through email defeats the reason we are all here.
just saying

I solved it as follows.
First step: Format the hard drive in physical form.
Second step: Format logically. When it finishes making the logical format process, the panel indicates to turn off and on the equipment. I just paid. Third step: Load the firmware with the next version that the equipment currently had, which was K7 to K9 and problem solved. I hope this solution will help you a lot.
