    BH-C-280, original orientation when scanning.

Machine is too old, so I forgot - or I am too old, so I forgot

Customer is complaining that when he scans originals with only very few text on it such as a single word only in the middle of the A4 sheet, the machine produces for that particular original a scan short edge first instead of the long edge first although all the originals are being put in the ADF LEF. Other originals being in the same stack are scanned right LEF but that particular original with only one word on it becomes automatically turned in SEF though being fed LEF.
All are A4 size. Where to turn this off, any idea please?

Utility>UserSettings>Scan/Fax Settings I can call up but the Default/Scan Settings are greyed out. See attachment.

The only thing I can think of that might cause that to be grayed out is maybe the administrator security level was changed. Also not sure if that even has anything to do with it, but maybe worth a look. i have a C360 right next to me (our office scan/copy/print until it dies, machine) that I can compare settings on if need be.
