    [Error Code] Bizhub 360i with code C-7107

    Just wondering if anyone has seen this code in the field. Service manual says to replace AU motor or the baseboard. I have replaced both. Reseated all connectors on the boards and unplugged all the accessories with no change. When the machine comes to ready it goes right to the code. I have done load tests and all the motors test ok. All boards in self diagnostic test ok. Now the machine says none of the 4 drawers have paper in them but they are all full and wont lift the paper. The lift motors work in service mode. Right now I am stumped. Any ideas?

    so you replaced motor and base board and error cleared but now all tray report empty? or is the error still occurring

      The error was never cleared but when you do a trouble reset it allows you to use the copier. Except none of the trays will load any paper including the stack bypass. If I open any door it goes into the code.

        I dont think new board requires firmware to be loaded again but worth a try
