    Cust replaced toner display now says "incorrect toner T/C type change t/c. using original toner, when putting old toner in message remains any ideas?

    If the type of toner catridge is corect.Check spring in the left bottom of toner Catridge that connect to board in the bottom of toner Catridge.
    are they connected ?

      Is the TC type set right in the machine? In service mode scroll through the different options until you get to #4 Display and check to see what the TC Type is set at. In the USA, it should be set to 0. Hold down the panel reset and no buttons while you power on the machine. This will reset the value to 0. I had this on a couple of machines. Also had the transfer roller pop out on one so the cartridge wouldn't sit right. I would check the value in all of your machines.

          change the circut board on toner cartridge the new bourds some times dont work with old machines
