    KM-C450i Networking Bonjour Protocol

    Hello everybody
I have a KM-C450i which can be discovered by Mac computers but cannot be added.
so when I click to add it, it appears in the printers list, and then when I click to add it I get an error message (Cannot communicate with the printer right now).
I have installed Mass-Production Program (latest 3 versions) and Special Program (GG3-RB) but the same error pops up every time.
by the way, the machine can be added by IP address but not the Bonjour Protocol.
    Is there any suggestion???

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

I recommend using IP and not Bonjour. A lot of times macOS will try to use AirPrint via Bonjour instead of real Konica print drivers. The real IP + real Konica print drivers is the most reliable way to make it work.

Bonjour is like standing at one end of a football field and screaming "I'M A PRINTER". The computer at the other end has to hear it to be able to print. It uses multicast. We discourage it's use whenever possible.
Worked in IT for 12 years from Helpdesk up to System Administrator. Now working as the IT Manager at a copier company for the last 4 years.

If I helped you out, please give me a thumbs up! It helps my reputation.

I like to use IP instead too, but the customer already uses Bonjour Protocol, and they have multiple printers including another Konica Minolta machine and all of them work properly with more than a hundred computers (MacBook, MacPro ......).

      but thanks for your recommendation.
