    BH 4750 stuck during loading firmware

    Has anyone seen this. Been stuck loading firmware for 2 hours. Just says do not turn off.
    Any ideas? I was updating firmware to a newer version. As per the PDF to load engine first, that loaded fine. Then the sub controller firmware, download took and now stuck on file reconfiguration.

      updated. Had to turn off the machine. When we restarted it, it went into service mode and allowed us to continue upgrading the firmware. For some reason the machine froze during upgrading. Does not surprise me with this model.
