i series with mpsmonitor software

I need help with the i series.
with the "mpsmonitor" consumable management software, I only see the status of the toners.
Can anyone tell me how to activate the display of the drum, developer, fuser and belt on the machine?

are you using snmp v2 or v3?

For information I solved it by setting the machine like this:
Switch 227 --> HEX 00
Switch 230 -->HEX 40
