Has anyone installed a 950i yet? The fuser drive when it goes to high speed during power on and printing (Load Check 45-1) its extremely loud. Compared to the 958 its shocking. We are supposed to replace a customers 958 but are holding off till we find out if this is normal for the 950i or if there is an issue with the motor. Any experience with this model is appreciated

They are just load now lol. Take the back cover off and look at the motor its new and huge. We have had over 15 or so 850i and a few 950i come in all sound the same very load but the decibels are not much louder then a 808 so i believe its just a different pitch. We have had only one complaint so far and it sucks because you give them the worst answer ever that there is nothing you can do unless you want your MFP to run slower.
