    [CQ] C227 Producing Thin White Lines

    Hello Everyone,

    I am after a little advice on an issue I am having with a C227, I am getting thin white dotted lines come out on Cyan & Black, The magenta and yellow do not seem to be having this issue. This is mostly noticeable on images.

    The lines are not in the direction of print and swapping the Cyan IU or the Black Dev / Drum out with temporaries does not make a difference. After this, Swapped out the Laser unit with a working one and has made no difference.

    I have attached a couple of pics showing the cyan and black gradation pages, any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

      You should start swap first with brand new OEM K drum.

          Already done that with no change. As I mentioned above, there was no change after swapping the Cyan IU, K Dev and K Drum, not all at the same time but swapping and testing after each unit. probably should of mentioned they were all new OEM units, sorry ?
