C450i MarketPlace Box

Hi there
Have a customer that wanted to install Market Place Box. They bought the app and I went and turned on Market Place on their machine. I got a frantic call from the customer saying that they could not scan, print or copy. I have never worked with this. I was told that as long as they followed the install it would work. I guess that something went wrong. Any Ideas?

I wouldn't have thought turning on marketplace would have affected the basic functions of their device. Instead of using Marketplace on their device, i find it a lot easier to use the Marketplace Installer on my PC, then use the Marketplace online, via my PC

Guess that I will have to go to the customer and find out exactly what they are talking about.

So went to customer and in the basic screen, copy, fax/scan and box buttons were all gone. Talk with KM for a bit and he directed me to the Admin/Network/Open API settings. All the way at the bottom of that was Specified Application Start Setting. That was turned on. Was instructed to turn off and everything came back, a lot more buttons too. So that is the short of this one.
