What do you have to contribute?

A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.

I don't have anything to contribute. I am not a technician, and was just trying to update the firmware on my printer. It is completely understandable if you don't want to help me because of that ?

You are wrong, don't sell yourself short, you do have something to contribute, $$$$! How about a "small" donation? Considering you are saving $100+ by not having to call a service technician to update F/W. Just saying......
