Hi, an interesting issue. this is randomly happening across 4, 8, and i series. we get monthly meter reads with no issue but intermittent or no notifications for toner/UTR.
list/counter is set to allow, email tx settings are all set to ON under SMTP, No issue sending a Scan to email off network. Are there any additional settings that may need to be checked?
