Here is the screen shot of the SW. What values do I put in each field? When I try to type in what your post states, it won't let me. It just beeps like I am putting in an incorrect setting.

      hex is 20
use arrow key and enter a 2 and hit fix so it shows as hex 20 (according to And)
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

We may have a winner! I confirmed shadow038 is correct. When Admin Settings, Network, SMB, Client Settings is disabled, you still see SMB destinations in the web page, but they disappear from the ctl panel.

Shadow038 and Don N. Thanks for your help. I attached the client settings in an earlier post and the Client Settings for SMB TX are enabled. However I still am unable to see the SMB option as a destination in the scan page. Can you look at my attached screen shots and let me know if you see anything that looks incorrect? I have looked at working units in our shop and cannot find any instances of a different setting for this unit.

Scope - for the FW version I see A9HJ0Y0-F000-GGD-X4(00)
