Is there any authentication on the copier or acct track?
If you log into CWS are the jobs pink highlighted? You can click on them to see the error.
I'm assuming you can print fine from windows and or your laptop?
Is the printer installed LPR with Print as the queue name?
Can you use import file on CWS and print it from the hold queue?
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
