C450i low quality scan/copy

Good morning, I have a customer who complains about poor quality when copying and scanning from the ADF module.

If the same document is scanned from the scanner glass or from the duplex the quality is ok.

Can anyone tell me how I can solve it?

Any signs of skewing? Only thing I can think of is that the scan bed is bent down on the front left corner causing it to look bad when using the slit glass but looks better when scanning farther away from the slit glass using the scan bed and duplex is the CIS so that would not be affected.
