Bizhub C659 not shutting down correctly after DC Power Supply replacement.

Hi all, I had to replace a DC power supply on a bizhub C659 because it was failing(Not powering on, freezing up, throwing error code C-6576). After replacing it, the machine now no longer locks up, and powers on each time. The issue now is that when I go to power it off, sometimes it will not shut down promptly. The control panel will go black, but if I open and close the door, the machine will begin warming up, or if I open and close a cassette, it will lift the cassette and the orange LEDs will still show which cassette is empty. Sometimes it takes up to half an hour to shut down. I've swapped the DCPU into another machine and it works correctly, so I don't think there are any issues with the new DC power supply. Has anyone ever seen an issue like this before?

    Edit:

I did also try flashing the base firmware. Onboard diagnostics show everything "OK"

some switch probably got set by the bad ps's failure. factory reset, or go through the software switches one at a time.

So I printed a management list from a known good machine and compared it to the one in question. A couple of the switches had different values, but the only one that was sus was 226, as it isn't in the manual. It was Hex 90 on the machine acting up vs. 00 on the known good. Didn't make a difference, but I went ahead and did a factory reset, physical and logical hdd format, and reloaded animation file. So far, it's acting right. Thanks for the suggestions! If it starts acting up again, I'll update.
