I have a machine that's giving me almost constant duplex jams. The paper either stops with the lead edge either right at the nip of the 1st vertical duplex rolls (J9310) or in between the 1st and 2nd rolls (J9204). I can hear the ADU transport motor running, but the paper doesn't get picked up (when it's in the first position). This might make me think it's a drive issue, except every so often, it works properly for a page or two.
The only clue I have is that the lead edge (when it stops at the nip of the roller) has a slight impression the exact size of the roller. Could the motor be turning in reverse? Is that even possible?
