    Hi

Strange one, jams 72-19 in finisher but only when doing a double-sided job and only when a full darker print is on the 2nd side

check the fans and filters in the cooling system, sounds like toner may be sticking to things in the inversion/exit units.

A colleague of mine had something similar. He physically cleaned all the sensors with alcohol rather than just blowing them out.
The customer was using originals with a dark background.

      Worked for him!

Paper curl issue? Try dropping the fuser temp to see if that helps.
        Whatever

Clean or replace the exit/entrance sensor on the finisher
