I have a konicaminolta c554e, I have a problem with the SMB scanner, I can't see the programmed SMB scanner users on the copier display, pressing the 1 key on the keyboard displays the fax transmission screen, selecting the DIRECTORY key doesn't display the users... I turn it off and on again but nothing happens... does anyone have any idea why this happens?

what about "All" in the address book?
when setting the addresses you must check the "main" box to show on the favorites screen.
do you see the addresses when logged into the copiers web page?We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
The medication helps though... -
even selecting all or favorites the users are not visible .... turning it off and on again, unplugging the network cable and then reconnecting it ... well, by doing a few operations the scanner users reappear ... but I don't know why they disappear ... via the web there areComment
