I have same problem, but I don't have any logo on boot screen. I would like to download the reset tool FW, with no luck.
Is anyone have the AAJT0Y0-F000-GXX-22.exe ? Thank you guys in advance!

hello, change SSD and follow the technical procedure to follow.
If you are not a Konica certified technician on this model, do nothing and call a trained technician.
The SSD disk is not a common disk but is specially made by Konica.

I had this issue before and finally fixed it by replaced genuine SD card.

BTW, other SD card ( for example scandisk, kingston etc... ) can be used on these machines ? ( C3300i , 246i etc... )

no, you must use an original Konica SD

In my case recovery tool not start.
Firmware not start.
Removed the SD i can do firmware update and use recovery tool to check CPU was good.

I changed the broken SD.
