    Konica Minolta C7000 thin yellow lines

    Hello, back again!

    A new problem occurred with the printer. When I print anything with yellow, I get a few thin yellow lines (horizontal) on my whole sheet of paper.
    So straight unbroken lines from left to right.
    I placed a new corona and the drum doesn't seem damaged. All 4 colors were new drums and swapped yellow with black and didn't make any difference with the yellow lines still occurring on the same places. I've also cleaned the laser dust glass, very clear and clean also.

    Have to say there has been quite some yellow toner scattered in the machine. So could this has anything to do with yellow developing unit?
    A while back all the transfer rolls (yellow, magenta, cyan and black were replaced as well) Can't see anything on the ITB as well (also replaced this same time as the rolls)

    Its driving me crazy because I can't figure it out. I was able to print for a while (replaced everything myself, being an amateur and with help from guys of this forum and the manual) everything was prefect until now.

    It looks like there are no yellow lines when there isn't yellow printed on the place (same height) of the lines. Though seeing yellow lines on white paper is quite difficult to see.

      Do I see some unusual wear on the yellow drum? The small amount of toner over-spray is typical of normal usage, and solved by cleaning the grid. How many pages listed on the yellow drum and developer?
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Hi Blackcat! Thank you again for responding, you're the best💪

          I replaced all of the drums and developers the same time. This was in February this year, sadly the only 1 I forget to set to zero (counter) is yellow!😶 But it's probably around the 45% of limit 100% when I have a look at the others. Don't print that much.
          I did not replace the developing unit itself (except black), CMY are just over the 100, namely 112. Not the right thing to do, but financial I did not have a lot of money to spend and had to make choices at the time... It's also difficult to find them and someone who can send them to the Netherlands. I was lucky with the black developing unit which I found original new one on Ebay.

          But swapping the drum with another colour, I won't be able to see a difference with these lines? I can replace it with a new one, but Im not sure it's him causing this..
          I have cleaned the grid of the corona (put a new one in yesterday) but makes no difference.

              Yes, that's the thing to do. Swap the yellow and black drum, then see if the defect changes color to black. If it stays yellow, replace the primary corona unit first. If it's still not affected, then replace the yellow developing unit and developer.
